He has a vast knowledge in the area of handling Tax compliances, Statutory Audit of Indian and foreign clients, Corporate Matters and International Tax.

He has helped many clients to set up their business in India and worked us a consultant for all their statutory compliances and legal matters.

He has worked previuosly in renowned Global Firms " EY and KPMG " where he gained the exposure of statutory audit of big and mid- sized companies.

He also owns the knowledge of consolidation of Financial 

statements.
